Texting Service

Are you a parent or carer of a child with additional needs or disabilities?
 
Would you like to know quickly when:

  • There are opportunities for short breaks?
  • Changes are made to existing services?
  • New services are developed?
  • There are changes in benefits?
  • Events are happening?
  • Play opportunities?

If you have answered YES to any of the above, then the FISH texting service is for you!
 
To sign up to the service just text FISH and your name to 66099.
 

Terms and Conditions:

No charge will be made for by FISH for this service and you should not be charged for receiving texts.

Texts will be charged at your Mobile provider’s standard rate when you text FISH to subscribe or unsubscribe.

Families Information and Support Hub (FISH) will use the mobile number given to send SMS messages (texts) to advise end users (parents/carers/young people/practitioners and partners) of services and activities that may be of interest to them.  FISH reserve the right to send additional information as appropriate.

All information will be held securely in a database that is the property of Hartlepool Borough Council.
